Virtual PBX

VirtualPBX® pioneered the hosted PBX service in 1997, and has been leading the market ever since. We answer your calls with a professional business greeting and offer menu options for call routing. Calls can be sent to any employee, in any location, anywhere in the world. Unlike a standard PBX, there is no hardware or software to buy or maintain, so costs start low and stay low. We offer the most complete hosted PBX service available, with advanced features like TrueACD™ queuing and skills-based call routing.
Virtual PBX is a powerhouse of a telecommunications solution. It’s so advanced in it’s features that I suggest you go take the tour …
The SOHO plan is the one I’m looking at. That costs $9.99 per month and the features are endless. There’s a $25 set-up fee. You get a maximum of 3 extensions, call costs are 7.5 cents per minute and the virtual fax (both send and receive) is free. And that’s just a small does of the features on offer.
The music on hold features gives you that added professionalism.
With no hardware or software to play with - it’s all managed via a web interface, this is one powerful service.
If you want your home business to have the perception of being bigger then $9.99 is not much to gain it.

It is certainly advanced, maybe even a little to much for a rookie like me.
