FormTool 5.0 is your complete solution for electronic form creation and management. With 600 forms and 200 label templates.
Been around for a long time, FormTool, now in version 5, is a powerful form creator. I like the drag-and-drop feature and the fact that with 600 templates there’s no real need to start from scratch.
The forms can be used on websites and also sent to your client via email (a favorite feature of mine).
