There’s now an easier way to use your forms remotely. If you want to include a form on your own site within an existing page, you don’t have to download and manipulate the HTML anymore … Use the form builder to create complex forms without having to know HTML or web programming.

This completely web-based from builder helps you to create and configure online forms. It looks like a snazzy way to collect data from your customers and has all the features you’d expect including a nifty control panel, all the right security measures and no software to download.

They offer a variety of pricing options. The free version offers you one form with up to 15 field, but not much else. The “Silver “plan looks the best with 10 forms, up to 100 field per form, 1000 user saved submissions per form and 5 templates.
