The award-winning Web browser is now faster, more secure, and fully customizable to your online life. With Firefox 2, we’ve added powerful new features that make your online experience even better.
Okay, a little bit different. Everyone knows about FireFox but I just had to say it again and say it loud: Dump Internet Explorer and go for Firefox. The recent version 2 is more stable (it’s never crashed or frozen on me yet) and it seems to be more robust. And you just can’t beat tabbed browsing.
Another thing for those creating sites and blogs is trying to create them so they both display the same in Firefox and IE. IE seems to be the bad guy here, not following standards. Personal vent: I spend hours and hours pulling out my hair trying to get my sites looking the same in booth browsers almost to the point where I’ve had enough and will soon put a disclaimer up saying that “this site has been built for use on FireFox blah, blah…”
Hopefully, IE7 will come to the table. Also with Firefox, the add-ons are draw-dropping - there are just so many cool add-ons out their in its thriving community … I’m using a dozen of so of them right now and they make life and running my business that more productive.
